The GQY series explosion-proof liquid level and temperature sensor combines a magnetic position sensor with a temperature sensor in a stainless-steel explosion-proof housing. With an explosion-proof rating of Exdb I Mb, it can operate safely and reliably in underground coal mine environments. The sensor provides dual (4–20) mA current signal outputs without altering the existing signal acquisition method, greatly enhancing the automation level of the equipment.
II. Papermaking Industry: Intelligent Oval Gear Flow Display Controller (SFG-T Series)
In the papermaking industry, accurate flow monitoring of lubrication systems is vital for continuous and stable operation of equipment. A papaermaking client faced the problem of high prices and long lead times for imported flow switches in their grinding machines.
We recommended the SFG-T series intelligent oval gear flow display controller, which effectively addressed the challenges.

The SFG series intelligent flow display controller adopts a precision gear volumetric flow sensor, suitable for detecting and controlling medium- to high-viscosity liquids.
